She was predeceased by: her siblings, Alice Thuesen and Don Juan Vannortwick. She is survived by: her parents, William E. Vannortwick and Margaret M. Vannortwick (Leclair); her husband Mark Edward Orzech; her children, Ashley Amelia and Thomas Mark Orzech; her siblings, William, Phil, Timothy Vannortwick, Mary Colwell, Joan Vannortwick, Christina Provost and Angela Forget; and her pet Onni. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles cousins, nieces, nephews, great-grand nieces, nephews, loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Lodge Burlington, Hospice of the North Country, or the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center.
