She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sanger and Elizabeth Sanger (Pickle); and her daughter-in-law Tina Downey (Trombley). She is survived by: her husband Ralph Downey; her children, Peter Downey, Travis Downey (Lisa Baker), Shelby Trombley (Kevin), Sheila Baker (Robert) and Sherri Schnare (Michael); her sisters, Pauline Passno and Linda Cook; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Jennifer, Danielle, Chad, Jeremy, James, Scott, Ryan, Kristy, Tianna and Ashley. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Donations in Dawn's name may be made to the Alice Center in Malone, NY or the Alzheimer's Association.
