Barbara J. Sorrell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Sorrell of Morrisonville, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on March 7, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rock and Felinda Rock (Stone); her brothers, Robert, Donald and Floyd Rock; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne LaDuke, Lloyd, Laah Sorrell and Marie Fisher.
She is survived by: her husband Roswell Sorrell of Alexander's Church; her daughter Mary Baker (Scott); her siblings, Francis Rock (Janis), Greg Rock (Brenda) and Linda LaDuke; her sister-in-law Brenda Rock; her granddaughters, Anne Marie White (Matthew) and Christine Stowe (Nicholas); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Ryleigh, Austin White, Colton and Vera Stowe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
