He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Rowe and Wilma Rowe (Blankley); his wife Cecelia (Albanese); his daughter Lisa (Jerry Brady); his grandson Jake; his son Martin; and his grandchildren, Jae and Brittney. He was also cherished by many siblings, in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
