He was predeceased by: his parents, George Madsen and Emma Madsen (Jensen); his wife Elizabeth Madsen (Wilson); and his brother George Madsen, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Madsen of Queensbury, NY and Joan Whittington of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, Ashley Whittington, Kelsey Whittington O'Sullivan (Conor) and Kyle Whittington; and his sisters, Mary Burroughs (Larry) of Prescott, AZ and Barbara Harkenreader (Bill) of Laurens. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
