It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn K. Butler (Morris, New York), born in Lynbrook, New York, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Kroder and William Kroder; her husband Louis Butler (Louie); her brothers, George (Viola) and Robert Kroder (Mary Jane); and her nephews, Johnny Goodspeed and Ronald Butler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Ellis (Paul) of Haw River, NC, Linda Bowker of Mt. Upton, NY and Carol Cosgrove (John) of Camillus, NY.; her sister-in-law Anna Butler; her grandchildren, Andrew Ellis (Nancy), Aimee McMillan (Scott), Stephanie O'Hara, Conor Cosgrove, Hayley Cosgrove and Nathan Winans; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Justin, Aaron, Caleb, Rebekah, Bradley, Daniel, Garrett, Nathaniel and Timothy Ellis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
