She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph and Mildred Mitchell, Sr. (McIntyre); and her brother-in-law Don Keator. She is survived by: her husband Phillip C. Utter; and her siblings, Shirl Keator, Carol Phalen (Jack), Susan Harp (Chuck), Sharon Anson (Pat), Ralph Mitchell, Jr., Kevin Mitchell (Billie), Robert Mitchell (Lori) and Joe Mitchell (Melissa). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
