She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stachina and Kathryn Stachina (Kalista); her husband Roy Chambers, Sr.; her stepdaughter Colleen O'Connell; and her brothers, John and Bernard Stachina.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Jr. Chambers (Susan Hubbard) and Terra Chambers (Hundley); her siblings, Carolyn Stachina of Albany, Nancy Roberts of Richmond, VA, Judy Garrett of Blanco, Marvin Chambers (Vickie) of Blude Ridge, VA and Ann Ford (Steve) of Ashland, VA; her grandchildren, Emily, Jeremy and Sean Hubbard; and her cousin Willow. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
