With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew J. Declerck (Morris, New York), who passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Edward Mott and Dorathea DeClerck; his wife Jennifer Carney; and his brother Dan Mott of Mount Morris. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
