He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Gregory; his brothers, David Gregory, Lee Gregory and Curt Gregory; and his nephew Curtis Gregory Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Gregory; his daughters, Nicole Bessey (Rhett) of Derby, Jennifer Bush (Adam) of Ticonderoga, NY and Brenda Gregory (Justin) of Port Henry, NY.; his mother Lillian Claudette Gregory; his siblings, Debbie Mandy (Victor) of Moriah, Madeline Sheffer (Richard) of Port Henry, Renee DuRoss (Scott) of Brunswick and Mark Gregory (Karen) of Mineville; and his grandchildren, Haileigh, Jaicob, Harper, Autumn, Edward, Maxwell and Leightyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
