He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kudlacik and Agnes Kudlacik (Gron); his daughter Wanda; his grandson Stefan; and his siblings, Stella Harvish (Anthony), Julia Heald (Elliot), Anna Lawler (James), John Kudlacik (Marjorie) and Frank Kudlacik.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Koczur; his children, Bernadette Pierson (Donald) of South Hero, Vermont, Edward Kudlacik (Susan) of Glenville, NY and Paul Kudlacik (Christine) of Saratoga Springs, NY; his son-in-law Bill Infantolino of Vestal, NY.; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Zachary Infantolino, Seth, Ian, Maria Pierson, Nicholas and Christopher Kudlacik; his brothers, Henry, Bernie and Thomas Kudlacik (Joan); and his brother-in-law Gasper Koczur (Dee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one's choice can be made in Leo's name.
