It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Harrington of Moriah, New York, born in Moriah Center, New York, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Harrington (Thwaits); his parents, George Harrington and Eloise Harrington (Davis); his wife Betty; his stepmother Coyla; his sister Alice Hyatt; his daughter-in-law Deborah Harrington (John); and his grandson Matthew Case Lukins.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Betty; and his children, John Harrington, William Harrington (Julie), Michael Harrington (Xochi) and Tine Gilbert (Steve). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
