She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Higgins and Edna Higgins (McKnight); her husband Wiley Colgan; and her daughter-in-law Jennie. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Colgan and Mark Colgan (Christine); her stepsister Joyce Phair; and her grandson Wiley.
