He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Pratt and Agatha C. Pratt (Shea); and his wife Virginia Cooke. He is survived by: his children, Michael Pratt (Kerry Kaminski Pratt) of Plattsburgh, Shane Pratt of Mooers and Laurie (Charles "Chuck" Kimbler) of West Chazy; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Savannah Kimbler.
