It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Boutin (Mooers, New York), who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Medric Boutin and Laura Boutin (Willette); his wife Hortense Boutin (Bechard); his parents-in-law, Armand and Bertha Bechard (Filion); his brother Harvey; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Boutin, Homer LaValley and Robert Scriver; his daughter Donna Paola; and his grandsons, Jeramie Davison, Baby Medric Boutin and Baby Ronald Joseph Paola.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Boutin (Jenny Veivia) of Mooers Forks, Steve of Mooers Forks, Eileen Boutin of Mooers Forks, Ronnie Boutin (Laura Robert) of Mooers Forks, Laura of Mooers Forks, Jeff Davison of Mooers Forks, Jennifer Boutin (Bill Tallman) of Mooers Forks, Rick, Karen Boutin of Mooers, Susan and Denis Giguere of Rouses Point; his sisters, Evelyn Lavalley of Kenmore, NY and Sylvia Scriver of Mooers Forks; and his brothers-in-law, Armand Bechard, Jr. of Plattsburgh and Stan Coupal of Kenmore, NY.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
