He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manor and Leona Manor (Rabideau); his son Dale William Manor (Elaine Thibeault); and his grandchild Jesse Manor. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Mesick; his sons, Alan Manor of Mooers Forks, William "Billy" Manor (Cathy) and Allen Calhoun of Mooers Forks; his grandchildren, Natasha Manor of Plattsburgh, Catalina Daphne Manor of Caloocan, Philippines and Austin Manor of Plattsburgh; his sister Gladys Hilliker of Champlain; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Ledue of Chazy and Catherine Sabourin of Plattsburgh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to St. Ann's Church or Hospice of the North Country.
