He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sr. Sample and Alma Sample (Gadway); his brothers, Bruce and George; his siblings-in-law, Donald Rabideau and Sharron; and his parents-in-law, Joseph George and Dora Filion.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Roberts; his children, Scott Roger, Timothy Lee (Jimmy), Roxanne Elizabeth (Billy) and Jason Michael (Angelique); his grandchildren, Austin, Alexis, Avery, Aiden, Bailey, Micah and Nya; his siblings, Norma Rabideau, David, Jr. and Alton (Sandy); and his sisters-in-law, Scarlett and Denise. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life for Roger will take place in the spring/summer in an outside arena due to Covid.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Hospice of the North Country or the Mooers Volunteer Fire Department.
