He is survived by: his significant other Lori Tennant of Tampa, FL; his daughter Breanna Star of Kansas City; his siblings, Mark Rivers of Fernandina Beach and Dottie Boop of Mooers Forks; his nieces and nephews, Kristin, Paul Rivers and Johnathon Potoczek (Marissa); and his great-niece Eiley.
