He is survived by: his sons, Randy McDonald (Staci) and Davy McDonald (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kelsey McDonald (Tyler Lashway), Kabreigh McDonald, Tanner McDonald (Siera Irby), Jaden McDonald, Lacie Ethier, Carter Ethier, Savannah Ethier, Mally Lashway and Dutton Lashway; his parents-in-law, Edward and Sadie Lucia (Eurbank); and his grandchildren, Loyal and Shirley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rabideau Funeral Home (5614 US-11, Ellenburg, NY 12934). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rabideau Funeral Home Chapel (5614 US-11, Ellenburg, NY 12934).
