She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Walker and Lena Walker (Brunell); her husband Wright F. Sample; her daughter Beth Blauch; her grandson Scott House; and her siblings, C. George Walker (Theresa), W. Robert Walker (Doris), Bernice Wilson (Douglas), Margaret Gadway (Leo), Marion Morrison (Willis), Owen and Vivian.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Sample (Kathy), Kirk Sample, Laura Sample, Amy House (Sherb), Kris Sample (Valerie) and Chad Sample (Lorie); her son-in-law Jerry Blauch; her siblings, Bernard Walker and Clara Tripodi; her sisters-in-law, Helen Sample and Kathleen Dickinson; and her grandchildren, Vicki Hairston, Randy Sample II, Mandy Filion, John Sample, Andre Sample, Trista Bushey, Terrance Sample, Christopher Patton, Ian Brassard, Karissa Devins, Chelsey House, Walker Sample, Garrett Sample, Kellie Custer, Kyle Coupal, Kaitlin Coupal, Elijah Sample, Avah Sample, Elise Rock, Sherby House and Aaron House. She is also survived by thirty-four great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
