He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Urban and Agnes Urban (Brink); and his brother Peter Urban. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cresci; his daughter Kim Urban (Paul Schemmer) of Montrose, NY.; his brother Andrew Urban of Brant Lake; and his grandchildren, Hunter and Hayden Boritzer.
