He is survived by: his wife Billie Chapyak (Slezak); his children, Michael Chapyak and Dana Chapyak-Garcia (Carlos); his granddaughter Grace Garcia; and his brother Thomas Chapyak (Patricia). He is also survived by his nieces, cousins and many friends.
