It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Brink of Montrose, New York, born in Goshen, New York, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Brink and Stanley Brink; and his siblings, Raymond, Stanley, Paul and Emily.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen McKay-Brink; his sisters, Grace and Patricia of Goshen; and his children, Donna (Randy) of Callicoon, NY, Nancy Brink of Montrose, NY, Debi Brink of Middletown, NY, Christine Canzoneri (Christian) of Goshen, NY, Joseph R and Joe. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 3 greatgrandchildren, and 3 step-grandchildren.
Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, cremation and internment of Joe's cremains will be at the convenience of the family in Scotchtown Cemetery.
Joe would be very pleased to have donations made in his name to The Salvation Army of Port Jervis, 22 Ball Street, Port Jervis, NY 12771 because he spent many happy hours browsing through their thrift store.
