He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene B. D'Onofrio and Anna D'Onofrio (Felice); his brother Rocky D'Onofrio; and his close friend Gene. He is survived by: his pet Feeny; his wife Marcia; his children, Stephen (Raphaella) of Peekskill, Elizabeth Surprenant (Roger) of Lawrence and Christina (Lyndsey) of Brooklyn; his brother Michael (Diane) of Valley Cottage; his sister-in-law Lynn of Stony Point; and his nephew Michael Adam. He is also survived by numerous cousins, beloved friends, and six grand-cats.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his honor to St. Christopher/St. Patrick Churches, 3094 Albany Post Rd., Buchanan, NY 10511.
