He is survived by: his wife Darcie Curtis Carter; his mother Patricia Carter; his sisters, Debra Costello, Sandra Clausen (Steven) and Michelle Verna (Anthony); and his nieces and nephews, Rachael Patalano (James), Heather Clausen, Steven Clausen and Jamie Costello. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
