He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Harry Palmer, Sr. and Genevieve May Hetherington; and his daughter Crystal Lepp. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Palmer of Montour Falls, Melissa Palmer of Ithaca, Rebecca Palmer, Tori Palmer of Beaver Dams, Jason Palmer of Geneseo and Brian Palmer; his adoptive daughters, Chrissy Holford of Montour Falls and MyAnna Novick of Elmira; his sister Luella Dawn Palmer of Montour Falls; and his grandchildren, Alisha Morey, Joshua Morey, Chad Craven, Jr., Zoey Palmer, Bret Palmer and Matthew Palmer.
