Collins (Montour Falls, New York), born in Millport, New York, who passed away on December 12, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collins and Lula Collins (Parsons); and his sister Anna Black. He is survived by: his wife Blanche M. Collins (Herring); his children, Deb Riley (T. J.), Katrina Ector (Gary), Cindy Rumsey (Rocky), Thomas P. Collins (Pat), Steven R. Collins (Janet), Joe Collins (Julie) and Tim Collins (Wendy); his siblings-in-law, Della Herring, Sandra Collins and Dave Talada; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier or Seneca View SNF Unit 3.
