He is survived by: his wife Kay Parlett (Spencer); his children, Englund Barber, Shane (Abby) and Marquay; his parents, Edward Parlett and Ruth Parlett of Reynoldsville; his sisters, Robin Parlett of Reynoldsville and Kimberly Parlett; his grandchildren, Abbey, Oren, Maijor, Maizy and Meverly Barber; and his nieces and nephews, Broc VanSkiver (Cindy), Brad Schoffner (Courtney) and Cheyene Cashady. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and by his racing family.
