With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth W. Snow (Montour Falls, New York), who passed away on February 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather H. B. Raymond (Hugh R. Snow); her brothers, Arnold, Omar and Harold Woodward; and her stepsiblings, Robert Raymond and Janet Dobson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
