It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald E. Fulcher of Montour Falls, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Milton Fulcher, Sr.; and his brother Gary D. Fulcher. He is survived by: his mother Faye Fulcher, Sr. (Alston) of Ithaca; his wife Rosemary Fulcher (Hasty); his children, Jasmine McCoy (Mark) of Ithaca, Raven Fulcher of Manhattan, Ronald Ramsey Fulcher (Angie Beeler) of Brooktondale and Ramel Fulcher of Montour Falls; his brother Milton Fulcher, Jr. (Doreen) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Mya, Ayden McCoy and Rayla Faye Fulcher. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
