We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2020, at the age of 47, Richard A. Clugstone (Montour Falls, New York), born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Clugstone; and his uncle William A. Coston Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Caitlin Hatch (Dallas); his grandson Jackson Hatch; his stepchildren, Cassie, Zach and Ben Arnold; his mother Karen Hadley; his grandparents, William H. and Ruth Coston; his brothers, Andy Vakiener (Kristin), Eric Hadley (Lynnette Bucinell) and Nick Hadley (Ashley); his aunts, Marge Thompson (Byron), Cindy Dezell (Jeff), Angela Coston and Ruth Rhodes (Jeff); his cousins, Sheli Wixson (Sean), Dennis Thompson (Jamie), Jeffrey Dezell, Amber Taylor (Casey), Jeremy Dezell, Billy Coston (Brittany), David Coston (Staci), Jessica Rhodes and Adrianna Rhodes; and his nieces and nephews, Henry (Augustus Vakiener), Rilee Smith, Ericksen (Matthew Hadley), Kiara Baker and Bailey (Colton Hadley). He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
