She was predeceased by: her parent John Bixby; her sister Barbara A. Hubbard of Horseheads; and her husband James Kibbe. She is survived by: her parent Grace Bixby (Perry); her children, James H. Kibbe (Janet) of Montour Falls, Debra J. Rice (Mark) of Montour Falls and Scott A. Kibbe (Terry) of Lockwood; her grandchildren, Justin Kibbe (Stephanie), Shawna Kibbe, Shelbi Kibbe, Char Kibbe and Crystena Kibbe; and her great grandchild Kaliea Ervay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
