He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Lanson Webb and Adabelle Hunt Webb; his wife Suzanne Garner Webb (English); and his siblings, Betty Smith, Eldon, Gale, Donald, Jesse and Elwood "Pete" Miles.

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kimberly Spike-Garner of Bradford, NY; and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly Dellow and Travis Garner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
