He is survived by: his wife Rose Osborne; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Charlette Osborne; his brothers, William Osborne Jr. (Tessie) of Watkins Glen and Edward Osborne (Janet) of Watkins Glen; his brothers-in-law, Mark Wallenbeck (Paula) of Beaver Dams and James "Wally" Wallenbeck of Beaver Dams; and his grandchildren, Ashlin, Zachary, Jaylee and Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
