She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Johnson and Ada Johnson (Cromp); her husband Leon Champion; and her brothers, Harley (Susanne Johnson) and Raymond Gallow.

She is survived by : her children, Jim, Dulcie Champion (Gifford), Michael Champion (Leah) and Michelle Harrington (Gregory); her sister Darlene Johnson of Malone, NY; her siblings-in-law, Judy Gallow-Forney and Delbert Champion; her grandchildren, Jeffrey P., Idalise (Britz), Lilia J., Mary A., Stephen J., Timothy S., Brooks M., Chandler D. Champion, Chase Michael Champion, Jacob R. Harrington, Krista (Campbell), Carl Standish, Dustin, Ian, Ryan and Roselyn Campbell (Ennis); her great grandchildren, Claire, Charlotte and Collette Standish; her cousins, Richard, Terri Campbell (Pasto), Mary Anne Campbell, John Sujko, Chip, Sarah Champion and Gloria Pangallo; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Johnson (Collins), Desara Johnson (John), Paula Johnson Elswick, Rick Gallow (Penny), Heather (Gallow), Jan Cote and Nicole Ryan (Stephen). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; and many, many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial donations in her memory be made to the Schuyler County Youth Baseball and Softball League Association.
