He is survived by: his wife Deb Rice (Kibbe); his stepchildren, Jessica (Johnny Cook), Tyler, Peyton Westlake, Justin Kibbe (Stephanie) and Crystena Kibbe; his grandchildren, Ayla, Aiden and Alec Westlake; his stepgrandchild Kaliea Ervay; his mother Kay Rice; his siblings, Dennis Rice (Judith) and Holly Donaldson (Robert); and his friends, Ted Kania, Mark and Denice Blaha (Westlake).
In remembrance of Mark's love for his hometown, reading and local history, donations may be sent to the Montour Falls Memorial Library. Or, contributions may be made to your organization of choice.
