Hoffman (Jane) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; her granddaughters, Jennifer and Rebecca; her daughter Diana Hurston (August) of Port Charlotte, FL; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Lauren; her son Ronald Hoffman (Carmella) of Odessa, NY; her grandchildren, Nicole Turnmyre (Adrian), Christina Hoyt (Randy), Valerie Kimmerly (Marc) and Jeremy J. Hoffman (Jess); her daughter Patricia Borra (Frank) of Port Charlotte, FL; her grandsons, Robert, Charles (Kara) and James (Sara); and her sister Blanche Lewis.
