He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip L. "Stubby" and Irene E. Mosher (McMullen); and his sisters, Jane Briggs and Vonda Orso. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Segura of Dundee, Stacy Arnold of Beaver Dams and Ashley Castillo of Beaver Dams; his siblings, Phil Mosher (Sherry) of Ladson, SC, Mike Mosher of Montour Falls, Sandra Harrison (Harry) of Montour Falls and Renee Mosher (Chuck) of Montour Falls; and his nieces and nephews, Billy Mosher, Jason Mosher, Shane Mosher, Josh Coon and Sammie Coon (Chad). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Masonic Lodge of Spencer, 1 Temple Lane, P.O. Box 333, Spencer, NY 14883.
