He is survived by: his children, Dawn Buczek (Nate), Tammy Miller (Jason), Tiffany Voorhees, Matthew Voorhees and Stacey Voorhees-Brown; his grandchildren, Logan, Cole Buczek and Jackson Grant; and his siblings, Mike, Mary, Janet, Vernan and Kathy.
