He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cleary and Theresa Cleary; his stepfather Harry Plate; his daughter Mary E. Cleary; his siblings, Mary Cleary and Howard Morehart; and his grandchildren, Raymond, Rachel and Ryan Cleary.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, John Cleary (Kathy) of Elmira, NY, Christine Polonis of Albuquerque, NM, Theresa Siri, Patrick Cleary (Star) of Yantis, TX and Kelly Iles (Rodney) of Manor, TX; and his grandchildren, Alicia, Michael, Jason, Jordan, Patrick, Jr. and Brysen. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
The family will be providing flowers, however donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Montour Falls Fire Department, PO Box, 369, Montour Falls, NY 14865, or to a charity of your choice.
