He was predeceased by : his father Richard Eugene Collins; and his wife Sherry Collins (Reid). He is survived by : his mother Virginia B. Rumsey of Burdett; his children, Seneca Collins and Schuyler Collins of Montour Falls; and his siblings, Rick Collins of Odessa, James Collins of Albuquerque, NM, Suzanne Tucker of Delancey, NY and Tonya Burnham of Cayuta, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
