It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Louise Parker (Montour Falls, New York), who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Fraboni and Elizabeth Fraboni (Reed); and her daughter Cheryl Mills. She is survived by: her husband Francis Parker; her children, Christopher Parker (Ron), Cynthia Parker and Melissa Zoeke (Steven); her grandchildren, Corey Mills, Courtney Mills, Jeremy Zoeke, Jordan Zoeke and Abelgayle Parker; and her siblings, Helene Fraboni, James Fraboni (Connie) and Richard Fraboni (Virginia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
