We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2023, James J. Norton MD (Montour Falls, New York), born in New Hartford, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Joy Hoffman; his daughters, Mary Evelyn and Barbara; his sister Bea; his children, Nancy Townsend (Phil), Bob Norton (Linda) and Virginia Rice (Hal); and his great grandchild Joy Hoffman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, Watkins Glen.
