He is survived by: his significant other Janet Blankenship; his pets, Smokey and Daisy; his siblings, Debra Rice and Scott Kibbe (Terry Dhuy); and his stepdaughter Amanda Sly (Krystal). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
