He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hammond and Helen Hammond; and his brothers, Jim and Mike Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Penny Hammond; his children, Danielle Gingrich (Jesse) of Burdett, NY and Waylon Hammond of Watkins Glen, NY; his siblings, Ruth Maxwell, Nancy Reynolds (Kevin) of Corning, NY, Linda Bockus (Lee), Bill Hammond (Jeannie) and Kenny Hammond; and his grandchildren, Emma Gingrich, Liam Hammond and Connor Hammond. He is also survived by one aunt, and by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
