He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Parker (Cleveland) and William S. Parker; his wife Jean Parker; and his daughter Cheryl Mills. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Parker of Montour Falls, Melissa Zoeke (Steven) of Montour Falls and Christopher Parker (Ronald) of Long Island; his grandchildren, Courtney Mills of St. Croix, Corey Mills of St. Croix, Jeremy Zoeke of Montour Falls, Jordan Zoeke of Angier, NC and Abelgayle Parker of Montour Falls; and his great grandchild Evelyn Jean Zoeke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
