It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl J. Lauer of Montour Falls, New York, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lauer and Marie Lauer (Smith); his wife Elizabeth Ann Zowasky (Betsy); his brothers, Arthur (Carroll), Charles and Donald (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Hassing (Charles), Carl Zowasky and Don Poley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Lauer of Las Vegas, NV and Ann (Tom); his granddaughter Katie Marko (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Mirabelle and Maelyn of Manchester, NY; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Lauer of University Heights, OH, Mary Jane Poley of Chardon, OH and June Zowasky of Mentor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
