He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fazzary and Shirley Fazzary. He is survived by: his wife Lori Fazzary; his nephew Jonathan; and his children, Jessica Fazzary, Erin Fazzary, Allyson Hunter and Alynn Silliman. He is also survived by four daughters; three granddaughters; two grandsons.
