He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Earl MacDougall and Catharine May MacDougall; and his son Patrick O'Rourke of Birchardbille, PA. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Crispell; his children, Penny Sesher (Scott) of Raymour, MO, Danielle MacDougall of Montour Falls, Michael MacDougall of Horseheads and Earl MacDougall of Montour Falls; and his siblings, Virginia Fisher of Horseheads and Lauren MacDougall of Millport.
