He was predeceased by: his significant other Nancy L. Starkweather; and his significant other's son Thomas Starkweather. He is survived by: his children, Kim Joslyn of Ithaca, Michelle Bump (Mike Colunio) of Montour Falls, James Joslyn (Shannon) of Beaver Dams and Anthony Joslyn; his son-in-law Ray Bump of Montour Falls; and his significant other's children, Terri Dillman of Montour Falls, Tim Starkweather (Kym) of Montour Falls and Todd Starkweather (Ann) of Odessa. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
